Network upgrades planned around your school calendar.
A WiFi expansion, a switch or firewall refresh, a new building or a remodel. One Montana team designs, configures and installs it around testing, breaks and summer.
When the network feels too big for your team.
Most districts know an upgrade is coming. Finding the staff time to plan and run it is the hard part.
No replacement plan
Switches and access points are getting old, and nobody has mapped what to replace first.
Weak spots in older buildings
Coverage drops in gyms, portables and older wings, usually on the days it matters most.
Firewall work that keeps waiting
Changes that feel too risky to make during the school year get pushed back again.
The projects we handle most.

How to Plan a "Rip and Replace" Network Upgrade for Your K12 Montana School
How to phase an upgrade around school calendars and testing windows.
Every project is quoted for your buildings.
Upgrades, camera systems, and phone installs are quoted as projects and can be bundled with support.
See pricingQuestions about network projects.
Can a project be split across summers?
Yes. Projects can be phased across summers and breaks to fit your budget, and each phase is quoted for your buildings.
Can you work during the school year?
Yes. Work is scheduled around your calendar, with larger changes planned for summer and breaks.
Can ERate help pay for a project?
ERate can fund eligible network hardware and services. We take part as a service provider through your district's bidding; ERate rules and your consultant decide eligibility.
Do we need an assessment first?
It is the best first step. An assessment and WiFi heatmap show what you have and where it falls short.
What happens after the project?
You get documentation of what was built. Many districts continue with managed or co-managed IT.
